Donation Feature Scam

User promised pyro+ and water features.
I paid them 150k.
They said it might take a while.
They later said "fail" and i have heard nothing from them since.
I have asked them multiple times where my features are and they are ignoring me. They also did some lotto right before i messaged them possibly proving they were in fact online and on the server at the time.

I have screenshots of the transaction below.​

Evidence:

first part where I ask how much and he makes the contract on chat.

I agree to the contract.

I pay him for the features

Confirms they purchased it.

I ask where my features are.

They respond after I ask them again.

I ask them when they purchased them and after no response i inform them I will be reporting them.


Also the features are not purchased on the shop.​

Additional Information:

They bought tickets in lotto so I feel as though they may have taken my money for the lotto to try to make money off of it before they had to return it for scamming.​

 

This user is currently doing a lot of lotto, and winning a lot. I would like my money back plus interest of 10%.
I have screenshots of the lottos.

 

I have received 150k from Giant_Leader but still wish 10% for lotto winning with my money.
