Felon Username: JwpwnsComplaint: I bought the town Goldcity from jwpwns. The town did have another owner along side me but I removed them for good reasons (link attached down below) I made a town transfer contract with jwpwns. I come back online and I'm no longer the owner of the town and all my rights have been remove. I don't get it though. I bought the town it even said in the town transfer contract jwpwns signed over the town. Even though he is the original owner I don't see why it matters because it was still my town I payed him for it.
To 100% transfer a town the app cost 250k i think like i said thought u where gone if i didnt dump a ton of money into the town i would just give it back.
To my knowledge, the rules have always been that after 2 weeks I believe you can take your town back. This is a reason that official town transfers were added, so that this could not happen and so that the person could buy town features. I don't know about the contract part, but this is what I've been told by countless moderators. Sorry for posting on this complaint that doesn't pertain to me, just thought I'd say the rule to LRP.
Yes thank you for your imput @12345shane @LRP85 I don't see how it's fair if jwpwns is allowed to just take away the town I payed for, what did I actually pay for then? The contract shows that the town and its permissions now belong to me nothing to do with jwpwns?
If I didn't dump a lot of time, real life money and game money into the town I wouldn't be so annoyed...
As it appears procedure was followed when the town was given back to @jwpwns I will be dismissing this complaint. Original owners may reclaim towns if the users who currently own them are inactive. We suggest transferring the town using an official "Town Transfer" or "Town Claim" to prevent this from happening. Complaint dismissed, no rules broken.
