Felon Username: Meggymoo121, OzmomoComplaint: I was hired to create a PVP arena for a town. I was going to be payed 3.1k. I took a break of building to go play outside for about 10 minutes. When i got back the people who hired me had hired someone to destroy the arena i had worked hard to create. They are saying i will only be payed 2000 for my work. But the full pay was 3.1k that is 1.1k short for all my work. All going down the drain.Evidence: http://imgur.com/bFkLPu8,KMB0xTCAdditional Information: This has upset me and i feel cheated. As seen in the screenshot it says when completed i will be payed but as the whole arena was destroyed by someone they hired i cannot finish it. (i was halfway done when it was destroyed)
This user was asked to build a pvp arena for a cost of 3100 ecodollars. However, the appearance was lacking and had no significance towards it and was apathetic. No structure whatsoever or anything. Although 3100 was men't to be the agreed terms, I investigated the users 'building' to see if the value of what ozmomo and meggy was paying was sufficiently fair. Not forgetting, being asked to complete something and going 'outside to play' which gave us a clear impression of no interest, just something to complete for a quick buck. I did give advice on how to make it better, but I decided to remake the pvp arena for them. Although much of the effort was appreciated, it was not good enough for the town and we thanked the user for their effort and proceeded to remove the arena which was placed. The terms was 3100 for a completed pvp arena, this was no where near complete, but we did supply a fee to cover the cost of placing the blocks. $500 was given, but to save the fuss (which wasn't needed) I also paid $500, totalling $1000 which was more than necessary. This was the final ending of this agreement. On the process of remaking the pvp arena (after thanking the user), he killed me when I was removing it and stole all my items. Creeper then tried to say that 'its a pvp arena', no. We thanked you for your effort which implies you are no longer required. But the payment wasn't good enough so you try and kill the only person trying to resolve the issue which was myself. Also, troll locking emerald blocks and door was also involved, but was removed later on. Pictures: Overall, you tried to get as much money out of the players as quickly as possible. You did not achieve this and therefore tried to kill myself for my items and lock items inside the town but removed due to being told to remove or id file for a removal/complaint. You are also trying to tell the administrative staff you where paid $500 which is incorrect, thus wanting more money. This deal has been terminated and you have been thanked for your efforts but still proceed into a complaint. I wish you the best in your future building for other players, I just hope they are wise enough to see your previous attempts and events of building.
i did not troll lock them, the locked door ws so people could not easaly leave the arena at near death, and the emerald blocks were for decoration. these were made before i took a break
There was no need to lock the emerald blocks. To remove the locks, I also had to say I was going to file a report/lwc removal. There was no need for it.
Okay, I'd like to thank you both for what you've submitted so far, however I need to settle some things first. @Johndom what is your affiliation to this complaint? Are you the owner of the town in which this happened? @ozmomo Please explain what is going on here from your point of view. If anyone has more evidence, please post it. As well, I would like the name of the town this was occurring in.
@nicit6 I am one of the town builders/members. I've been helping ozmomo rebuild the town since she got it and was asked by ozmomo to check out the pvp arena and come to a decision of keeping the player to build it, or end the agreement and rebuild ourselves. ozmomo's point of view (if I may state) was to pay the user for building her a pvp arena but did not turn out as expected. The user was thanked and paid off, but was not good enough at the end and resulted in this complaint. Town - GoldCity
