It was agreed ingame, I believe 2 days before the due date,that he would let me give him either 130k or 120k, I don't recall, it has been a while and I have horrible short term memory. However, I was short 15k of reaching this new deal, so I gave him one of my max pick axe's (not the star tool). The reason why I have been offline for more than 5 days is because I am currently banned. If I don't have proof of my previous statements (I am currently not on my PC), I would like to come to a solution to this problem. I'll search through my screenshots to see if I have any relating to this post. I'll get back to you guys when I am on my computer. @JamieSinn
I am sadly unable to find any screenshots, however I would like to complete the loan even though I was told I had paid the loan off.
Ok @MJMgamer I had made a deal that if u paid me that night 120k it would only be 10k that you owe me however i never took away the 5k late per day therefore your owe me that 10k plus any late fees. Also I never received any max pic and you had removed me as owner of your town before the loan was paid off and since you haven't been on in 1 week instead of the remaining money you owe me I would take your town. However you removed me from owner when the contracts states you aren't allowed to do this.

You could have easily contacted me through ecc or many other places where we both have been. I was unaware that I did not give you the pick axe, however I will check with some of my resources to see if I somehow still have it. In my eyes, the loan was paid off, which is why I removed ownership, and which is why I made no move to contact you when I was banned. It's a shame that you would file a complaint on me when we have spoken about unrelated topics after I was banned.
