Edit* I'd just like to point out the pvp texture pack I use puts a red particle circle at the area/square of impact. Aka where I receive damage is where the red cloud appears. This strategy prevents the excuse of lag. I have a video I personally recorded during lag (still 60fps) in order for me to prove this, I'll post it tomorrow, 7pm server time. Till then I can only offer my word.

Thanks for reporting, After reviewing the evidence provided we've reached a conclusion that there is not enough evidence from this video to say that the user was using a client. If you still feel they are, feel free to collect more evidence and file another complaint. Locked, dismissed.
