Felon Username: siraj93Complaint: i owned the town stonydelph and i needed 25k until i could apply for mayor so i so i sold co mayor to siraj93 for 25k. i got mayor rank and got the town bazinga. i then went and purcahsed the town hendrickson. after purchasing hendrickson i decided to sell stonydelph. when i purchased hendrickson siraj93 gave me 15k towards it. she said i could pay him 10k back when i had it. i said that she could get all the money made from plots until he got her money back. then i did a job for cardinalhalk. he asked me to get 1k worth of emeralds and he would pay me 1.2k. then i accidently bought 10k worth of emeralds. he gave me 1.2k for the 1k worth of emeralds and gave me a silk 1 pickaxe and a eff iv pickaxe in exchange for the other emeralds. i then put a post in trade saying that if someone bought hendrickson a portal we would give them co ownership. when i got 45k for the town stonydelph i knew that i needed to pay taylorbros22 back 27k for a loan he gave me. after this i am left with 25k. i said to siraj93 that i would put 20k in the portal saving. then siraj93 siad that i was to give him 15k ( 1/3 of the stonydelph sold price) as i had made her co owner of there. i said that i needed it for the portal. i said that he had made the 15k and much more back as she ha dnot given me the 50% of the amount of money he made from plot selling. as of this if he wants her 15k (1/3 of stonydelphs worth then i would like 50% of all the money that he has made from selling plots. in my town there is a rule board which says all the prices of all the sizes of the plots. from that u can work out what half of the money from each size plot and that i will get the 50% i am owed.Evidence: cardinalhalk knows about me accidently buying the 10k worth of emeralds instead of 1k worth.Additional Information: we have no contracts. there is also a sign saying that at no point will refunds be given and signs saying the plots pirces and sizes
i would also like to add that i paid 60k towards hendrickson and also if siraj93 does not pay me the 50% then i would like him to no longer be co owner of bazinga and hendrickson.
first i'm a guys, don't misspell that much please second: are you just contradicting your self? the deal was 5K for each new town, not pay 50% of it, so that's the additional information removed.... @ghostsjack01 keeps talking about 50% of the plots to him, when i made the deal with him he didn't mention that evidence: Click Here And as i messaged him,i don't have to suffer because of his mistakes (talking about the lost 20K)
