OK first off let's start with both users were warned in game for this. That's where it is at. However I did witness this and you are correct @skymaster200 was being mean and this won't be tolerated. I will be warning this user for this very sternly. This is unacceptable and if this keeps happening harsher consequences will be given. Also please /ignore if you feel that this issue is continuing and won't stop file more complaints. Locked. User given Stern warning in game.
