Felon Username: SpiritBlaadeComplaint: This complaint is filed in regard to SpiritBlaade's attempted scam. All instances of "he" and "him" refer to the user SpiritBlaade. All instances of "my", "me", "I", and "myself" refer to the user LJKAzrael. He responded to my advertisement, "Buying Nstars at $510. PM me." and messaged me stating that he had nstars he would like to sell. Avowin tp'ed me to him. I arrived and found myself in lapkingcasino (owned by lapkingkn) where he is "Casino Staff". He explained the game "Melon Cash" to me and said if I placed a bet of $10,000 (the maximum bet) he would sell me 49 nstars for $7,000 (approximately $143 each). Due to the unbelievable price I confirmed this with him and he agreed. I didn't bite. He dropped it to $2,000 for the 49 nstars and, as I was asking for confirmation of this new price, he further reduced it to $500 for the 49 nstars (approximately $10.20 each). He confirmed that if I placed a bet of $10,000 he would sell me 49 nstars for $500. He left shortly after this last "deal", as I was asking the moderator Gmaxx if a complaint could be filed. 49 nstars at $500 each (an accepted standard price)= $24,500 Let's assume I placed a bet of $10,000 and lost. I then pay $500 receiving the 49 nstars. This totals $10,500 in expenses. $24,500 (value of the nstars received) - $10,500 (expenses to receive the nstars)= results in a profit of $14,000 (with a losing bet) If this was in fact not a scam, I will gladly place a bet of $10,000 (and perhaps win) and thereafter purchase the 49 nstars from SpiritBlaade for $500, as was the agreement. I would like for a moderate to hold the nstars before the bet is placed and transfer them to me after I have placed the bet and paid the stated $500 for the 49 nstars.Evidence: http://i.imgur.com/aQVTcJ4.png http://i.imgur.com/IqGeziZ.png http://i.imgur.com/8ACQYMP.png http://i.imgur.com/0Q0idWp.pngAdditional Information: I would like to thank the staff for the help they have already provided, Avowin for the free tp and Gmaxx for informing me that a complaint could be filed. Also, thank you to the staff who handle this complaint. Regards, LJKAzrael
@LJKAzrael Thank you for reporting this. We are working on it and will resolve the complaint as so as we can.
As the Owner of LapkingsGrandCasino I think i am apart of this as @SpiritBlaade is one of my staff members and i need him to resolve this problem, Scammers or atempt scammers are not allowed to work in my casino so i have to have this figured out.
He did not scam. He said if you play the game he will do the deal. and he did not play the game so it is not a breaking of the rules
@GMaxx Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
This post contradicted yourself. It clearly states that you must uphold you end of the deal. Here is your agreement NOT to do exactly as you did. According to the complaint you did not uphold your end of the deal which Is illegal because you signed an in game contract.
I don't want anymore posts after my post. The only people i want to see responding to a moderator is the accuser and accused. If there is more posts after this which we deem inappropriate or not needed. We will instantly warn you. This is your final warning. Although @GMaxx is currently dealing with this, it would still be helpful if @SpiritBlaade posts here to give his accounts of what happened.
Hello everyone, After talking to many staff members, we came to the conclusion there was no attempt of scamming. Thank you for reporting this, and as everyone should know we take this very serious. Have a nice day. Locked ~ No Attempt of Scamming.
