Unless you have evidence provided for to show that he really did threaten or attempt to blackmail you, we cannot take any action. If you do however come across this situation again, please take screenshots and tell a staff member in game if he is continuously harassing you. You may also use /ignore [username] to ignore further messages from him if he continues to bother you, as that is the suggested action to take in this situation. He cannot ban you since he is not a moderator anyways, so they are only empty threats. Please take the correct action I have mentioned above if this does re-occur.
