Just curious, would you hand out a small loan (say 5-10k) via in-game contract?
I doubt I'll be using this if you do, but it's always nice to know what resources you have.

Bought about 4 star tools on payment plans from @subxplorer, @SKSoccer, @Nicit6, don't remember last person. Paid them all back early, if not then on time. Received many many many loans, paid all of them back. However once I got into a jam, took too many loans and ended up getting banned then took a break, been a model citizen since then.
