♥~~Official town post for Owlbox: The River City~~♥ Updated regularly with new members and information. ♥~~~♥~~~♥~~~♥~~~♥ Welcome to Owlbox, The River City! Established in May of 2016. The Mayor and original owner of the town is Miukii. I work alongside @gortfrode and @Theriaril to bring you what you see in town. All the beautiful flowers and decorations were done by Theriaril and the houses were built by myself, Gortfrode, and @starcatcher77 whom is a part of the city's council. Owlbox is split into several sections according to the users' ranks. There is a district for all users from Builder to Mayors+. Warp is /warp Owlbox District A District A is one of the larger districts in the city. In this district resides all users Mayor and higher. Each house is individually built by each user which makes this District the more unique side of town. None of the houses are pre built but instead are plots purchased by the user. Plots in this district usually sell for 4,000 ECD to 7,000 ECD for a larger plot. District B District B is the Resident rank housing section. In District B there are a couple types of houses. Some have balconies and some do not but, each house is relatively similar. All houses in this area were built by the wonderful @gortfrode and I appreciate his hardwork. This district is still a work in progress at the current time but houses 4 active users. Each house costs 3,000 ECD to own for a one time fee. The cost can be reduced if the user has previously purchased a house in District C. District C This district is by far the largest district in the city, housing 23 active users of the Builder or Resident rank. Each house is the same, housing up to two users at a time. Three of the houses in this district are specialty cliff houses. The three are located in the farthest back area of the district on Dogwood Blvd. The district is also located super close to both the market and the park as well as the subway entrance for the Owlbox City station. Each house costs 1,000 and will reduce the cost of a future Dis. B house purchase once the user ranks up to Resident. District D District D is the market and farm plots district. There is no user housing but Residents+ can buy player shop plots and Builders+ can buy farming plots since farming is unfortunately not allowed inside the houses. The farming plots cost 500 ECD and the player shop plots cost 500 ECD as well. The shop plots may be rented by non residents of the city for 100 ECD a week. Residents pay a one-time fee of 500 ECD to purchase the plots.

Once Builders become inactive for 7 days without responding to any mail, they will be evicted. No major edits to houses unless otherwise authorized. Players are allowed a maximum of 3 farm plots and 3 shop plots per person. Players may not cut the trees in the park. Players may not tunnel in random places in the Owlbox region itself. Farms may not be built inside houses Any sort of major grief or more than 3 blocks worth of damage will result in eviction. All players residing in the town may acquire Casino hosting permissions for 10k. Any non-residents may buy Casino hosting permissions for 25k
