I am trying to keep the builds short and simple, fair priced and the business overall a good experience. I have only been on the server about a week so I don’t have a large body of work. I, spent most of that week, working on my town Hunny Falls. ❤️ Prices ❤️Small Builds (Less than 50x50) $5,000-15,000 - Resources supplied $15,000 - 25,000 - No resources supplied Medium Builds (50x50-100x100) $15,000-30,000 - Resources supplied $30,000- $50,000 -No resources supplied Large Builds (101x101 and above) 35,000 and up -Resources supplied 60,000 and up - No resources supplied ❤️ Rules and Restrictions ❤️I am allowed to decline a build first and foremost. If I think the project, is too much. I will create a contract for everyone of my builds and save them as such. If the build is created and no payment has been received, I will file a formal complaint, seeking payment or punishment for the involved party. I expect you to do the same. Please have patients, I am only human and do need breaks. Small builds I should be able to finish in a day, I have the time. Anything above that could take a week or more.
