General Purpose of Contract:
Just to clarify that the amount of ores I give @12345shane will pay off the total of $180,000 and finish paying off my debt with him. He will calculate the values himself before he agrees. The ores have to be in the chest by before 8pm EST.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to place 3 chest at the coords x=9053 , y=64, z= -11805 Containing the following ores below. These ores will be calculated at server price and add up to atleast $180,000.Anything extra he can keep. The Blocks are already in the chest at the location and is ready to be handed over to @12345shane.

3519 Redstone Blocks = $47,506.50 @ $13.50 each block.
1678 Coal blocks = $15,102 @ $9 each block.
567 Iron blocks = $38,272.50 @ $67.50 each block.
960 Lapis Lazuli Blocks= $32,400 @ $33.75 each block.
149 gold blocks = $13410 @ $90 each block.
162 diamond blocks= $36,450 @ $225 each block.
Total Amount = $183,140.5


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
To calculate the amount and price of each ore and confirming that it add up. Once the contract is accepted and approved.Once the contract is accepted and approved. Within 24 Hours, I will modify @12345shane to the chest and he will take the blocks himself. Therefore there is a log check of this deal. Once he receives my Blocks I will no longer owe him any money.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@Mission001 I have the blocks already. This is just an agreement to making this trade and that its documented. The chest are already there with the items inside. Once this gets accepeted i will tp him to grab it.
