General Purpose of Contract:
The purpose of this contract is to loan @NoahPvPz_ 125k and to receive 150k in 4 weeks (The date of 1/18/16)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
to give @NoahPvPz_ 125k within 24 hours after the contract is approved
-Give @NoahPvPz_ 4 weeks until the date of 1/18/16 to repay his term back
-Allow @NoahPvPz_ 4 extra weeks to the date of 2/15/16 to repay his loan, BUT with a late payment of $1000 ECD per day.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
-Agree to Pay the late fee of $1000 per day, between the dates of 1/19/16 and 2/15/16
-Agree to pay back 150k in 4 weeks otherwise, accept the late fees as stated.
-If the amount of money specified (150k) is not Returned by the specified date (1/18/16) there will be a late fee of 1k per day for 4 weeks until the date of 2/15/16. If the loan is paid back during the late period all late fees acquired up until that point will be due. If 4 weeks of late fees has gone by and user still hasn't payed, a complaint will be made and @NoahPvPz_ has accepted to a ban.
-Agree to pay @ARESIIX back only when he is online. If @NoahPvPz_ cannot find me online, he may forum PM @ARESIIX and @ARESIIX will arrange a time that both of us can be online.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
