Timeframe The set amount of time given to @THCOOL in order to complete the construction of the Farm floor, equalling 21 days starting the day @THCOOL is added to the Rising town of Oasis_Farms. Materials The supply of blocks and items, namely glowstone, melon seeds and dirt. Stone slabs will not be supplied as they will be crafted from the cleared stone. Any ores found during clearing become possession of @THCOOL. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to add @THCOOL as a member to the town of Oasis_Farms in Rising within 24 hours after this contract has been approved. I will provide the necessary materials to have @THCOOL build the farm floor within 21 days after being added to Oasis_Farms. Once the construction has been completed and I have been informed of this via an ingame mail or forum PM, I will pay them a total amount of $145,000 within 48 hours. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: They will finish clearing and constructing the farm area within the defined timeframe using the materials provided following the pattern designed by me. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
