I have a 20 by 20 semi auto wheat with 30 floors of wheat 60 floors in total which I just fixed up due to grief. It isn't one chunk but there is always at least 10 floors fully ready to harvest. You make around 600 per floor. Pm how much your be willing to pay per hour or day.

 

I have a 16x16 auto farm , using redstone lamps and a lever .
Its currently only 6 levels high but I will be adding more in the near future .
