IGN:GearHead97 Users Involved in this Contract: Hayden1109 General Purpose of Contract: For the offical landownership deal made between me and hayden1109 for me to sell my 20 by 20 prebuilt store, located in the town of Minevale, to him in echange for 500 ecodollars. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: To sell to Hayden1109 my 20 by 20 plot with my prebuilt store on it for the amount of $500 ecodollars. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: To pay $500 for the purchase of the store stated previously. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. this is for perminant ownership, to dumb it down slightly; once you buy it, you own it for life. Sorry I could not write back sooner. I had to leave for the night lastnight. All you have to say is that you too agree to the contract and then the contracts valid. Not much else too it.
I would assume that you get rights to this plot with the pre-built shop on it in exchange for the money. You get this plot indefinitely unless you break some sort of rule in the town, such as greifing other plots. Other than this you get the rights to do anything to this plot. This contract here is just a formalised way of expressing this so that someone if the info is needed can just do a search on the forums for this info. If you agree to the terms, 500 for the 20 x 20 plot then just use the format as stated above and fill in your agreement into the necessary fields.

If I do not see this format filled in by you stating that you agree or even if you don't agree to these terms with in the next 24 hours, I will make the assumption that you do not agree to these terms and I will reject the contract and close this thread.
