I am the original owner of this town, so the transaction will be smooth. *I still need to hoe and plant one of the pumpkin floors. If you are interested in the town but want to convert that to melons, tell me ASAP to save me the trouble of planting pumpkins and save you the trouble of removing them. I will still finish tilling the land for you before the transaction. I'm looking for offers starting at 280k (70k per floor). I do not want trades. This thread will be left open for at least a week, both to gather offers and for me to just finish up that last floor. I'm in no hurry though. While I wait for offers I can just farm. Also, I'm going to warn you, because I believe in transparency and honesty, that this farm can be laggy. I personally have no problem here if I keep my render distance low, and my laptop isn't that great, but I have Optifine. Lastly: A bunch of things that I am not factoring into the cost. LOL. 280k? 1: half of the farm is full of potatoes, carrots, etc which are basically useless for effective money making 2: that is stupidly high. I have a personal farm myself that is about 3x larger than yours. I would barely even consider my farm worth that much money. You won't get more than 50-100k if you are lucky.
Based on what I've read and offers I have gotten in the past the pricing is pretty standard, and I've also mentioned that I am in no hurry. Also, I do not believe that wheat / potatoes / carrots are useless for making money, and it is very easy to convert those to pumpkins or melons if desired.
Your looking at 150k max in my opinion and that's if you get lucky the town itself has no portal closer to 50-140
Sorry to say, but you say you are "in no rush". Well you might be waiting literally forever. This is worth about 50k. Tell me if the price changes
Hmm well personally i would buy perms from a public farm instead. Why? - Public farms cost as low as 5k and the best at higher price but still not alot , besides not many people at a public farm will hog the area, the pumpkins will regrow quick and theres so many layers on a public farm , and also way cheaper than 280k....
That's perfectly reasonable @AtomBlizzard; part of the reason someone might be interested in this one is to change it into a public farm and profit by selling perms to it.
