Formerly very active player gone inactive here. I own a 2nd row spawnshop in blue market, Station 24 -- on the left as you come into the market.

I don't seem to becoming any less inactive, so I think I should sell it. Doesn't seem fair to have such great real estate occupied by an inactive player -- anyone interested, please post a bid here.

Further, as you can see to the left, I can in theory afford to keep renewing this shop for another... 397 weeks ... so serious bids only, please! :) No deadlines on bidding, but I do have a "reserve" price in mind. If no one bids it, I'll just keep the shop.

No, I'm going to keep my reserve to myself. But after this post, I'm going to automatically disqualify anyone who raises the previous bid by less than $25,000. ;)

 

I think it's only fair to let you guys now that you are getting close to my bare minimum price -- so I'll go ahead and confirm now. The shop WILL be sold to the highest bidder on this thread. Rather than put a time limit on it, I'll just close the auction when a bid is followed either A. by no new bid for 24 hours, or B. the previous competing bidders posting that they are out of the auction.

At any rate, the shop will go to the highest bidder on this thread.
