    I've decided to make a mini-tutorial for how to not post a poll in your thread. I've put some images to help with guidance. If you still need help, please forum PM me.

    Step 1:
    Filing the appeal.



    Basically, the area I've highlighted with a red box is the one you need to fill with the information. A thread title could be 'Ban Appeal' and the content of the thread is similar to what you've used in this appeal.

    Step 2:
    Not posting a poll.



    Right under the box where you type in details of the appeal, you'll find this place where you make a poll. Simply ignore that part and click create thread.
