    We recently had a problem with picking up items. We are now investigating. This problem persisted for about 30 minutes after our latest maintenance. A rollback was just done to the previously working state and any items you may have lost will be back in your account. The rollback is only for 30 minutes so the loss in progress will be minimal. Sorry for the inconvenience.
