General Purpose of Contract:
500,000 loan to @SeriousProgram with a 600,000 pay back withing 4 weeks

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @stigarose agree to pay @SeriousProgram 500,000 via in game within 24 hours of the contract being accepted.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@SeriousProgram agrees to pay me, @stigarose 600,000 within 4 weeks(April 12th, 2017) via trade signs located in Buenos_aires.

@SeriousProgram agrees that if he does not pay the 600,000 on or before the 12th of April 2017 via signs located in buenos_aires then there will be a 15,000 a day in late fees for up to 7 days. If not met within 7 days, I @SeriousProgram Agree to give @stigarose 100% complete ownership of my town, Buenos_aires if the payment and late fees are not met by the time frame given.


I agree that the terms of this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
