    Suggestion: /pay should only pay one person, and should only pay that person if you spell their name fully and exactly.

    It doesn't make sense that if you do: "/pay tan 100" it will pay everyone on the server with 'tan' in their name 100 ecodollars. Why would you ever want to do that? It would be better if that feature/bug would just be removed.

    I'm not sure if this is correct, but it seems to me that someone could copy a player's name and add a number on to the end, and they would also receive any payments sent to that player. For example, if someone made the account _TANSTAAFL2, it seems like they would get paid everytime I got paid.

    No, /pay was not meant to have shortcuts, especially since essentials cannot notice what user with tan in it to pay, you just need to be more careful with who you pay and spell their name :p

    if it was not meant to have shortcuts, they why does it have shortcuts? I don't understand if you agree or disagree.

    I disagree, what you want is to be able to do /pay tan and have it pay the correct user, however the plugin wont know what user to pay, you just need to spell the name correctly and then have no worries about it.

    I had the same suggestion a while ago. It's your own responsibility to type the person's full name. This always happens with me and fleetfooter.

    You have to take it upon yourself to pay the full person, if you do /pay td for tdogg, don't be surprised if you pay 3 other people, rather than that do /pay tdogg $$ or type the full name

    But why should it even be possible to make this mistake. Just make it so that you are REQUIRED to type the full and correct name or nothing happens.

    Also, what if someone made an account Lee11042? There's no way to pay you and only you in that situation.

    There would only be a change needed if, say someone else joined the server called a18greek182 and then someone ayed me and it went to both of us. Note: Just an example situation. Also, if a user is too lazy to type out a full name, it is their fault. I have done this multiple time (lazy ftw) and just moved on with my normal ECC life!

    This probably won't get fixed. You should always type out the full name when paying someone. If you are super paranoid, you can also use trade signs.

    As someone said above, what happens if someone has an account that is "Lee11041". If someone were to do /pay Lee1104, would it just go to me, or to both of us?
