That's a great idea. Get rid of the pointless trivia chat and make it a help chat. This should be the suggestion +1

 

I feel another chat just adds more to the work load of mods, I think maybe on the opening msg'd it could say use /help or pm a staff member or something of that sort, though.

 

There did use to be a /ch help, for several months. It was rarely used, and the people who did use it never actually asked questions. They only asked for things that should be in trade channel (help me find a job, help me buy resident, help me find my house, etc). I just don't think people would use it unless new builders auto-joined the channel.

 

I think this is a great idea but i would have to agree with @clou44 if builders were gonna use it they would probably have to be joined in the channel. If not I dont think they would use it.

 

But how would they get the text would it already be popped up or would they have to click the button.
