Do you think me, a Mayor with $15 donations, 3 towns currently owned by me could manage to get an 800k loan with payback of around two months?

It's not a loan that I would personally give but when evaluating potential borrows I ask the following questions:
- What would the loan be used for?
- How will you be making money?
- What % interest are you looking for?
- How much on average do you make per day?
- What can you offer as collateral?-

Given the fact that you just said you could only play for 2 days a week...Unless you magically make at least a guaranteed 50k/day on those days, I doubt it.
Most 800k loans have paybacks of 100-200/week.
