Love this idea of having one or more sg's that are kit free! Hope this gets accepted!

 

Our player count is already rising. Maybe this could be the one change that pushes it back to 250.

 

I tried suggesting this a while ago and I was bashed because "I was advertising my suggestion in someone else's suggestion and this was deemed unethical" (dafuq).
I just think that SG will stay dead as long as there's no kit-free arena because people won't have the opportunity to grow their skills and eventually migrate later to kit arenas, but I acknowledge also that if you ask for a same-pay kit-free arena all the easy-money people will start whining. I'm just being realist, sadly not everyone understands that, I'm glad that you did

 

Yeah, every time I'm in a no kit game everyone is happy. Literally everyone likes the 50% no kit chance.

No one will want to play the kit arenas only the kit free one then whats the point of buying kits?
Also with every one before EULA will basically lose there money cause of this.

 

I'll +1 if they make all other arenas with kits, like %0 of no kit games

 

Nothing you (or I, for that matter) stated is based on fact, it's all speculation. Neither I nor you is wrong because we don't know what would happen.

If you could provide a compilation of screenshots to prove this claim as fact and "experimentally proven" that would be great.

Really? Honestly, if you could give me two screenshots of the SG boards and the users in sg proving this then I would applaud you for the hours you must have spent to get those two screenshots.

The basic kits that you have are carbon copies of the regular ++kits. If you use the simple main kits for two kit games (miq bfr ea in one game, cc spy pf in the next) then you wont have very long to wait between the two hour cooldown due to the 50% chance of nokits. (<-- mathmatically, scientifically, emotionally, and physically proven fact m8)

Long story short, none of your points were proven, therefore are not fact.

 

Don't wash your mouth with words whose meaning you can't even grasp.
About the rest: everybody who spent 5 mins on SG knows that, if you just blatantly deny it, well... I'm sorry for you and your sense of reality.

 

Honestly though, jokes aside, both of our opinions are skewed. However, half of ALL games played now are kit free. When you join an arena, you have the same probably of having a kit free match than a kit match. It's just like flipping a coin. Bottom line is, I think the 50% no kit is all we need, and that's opinion.

Not when kit-ers leave kit-free games, and believe me, I saw that with my own eyes. I can't recall the names, I'm not very good with that, but I recall that in a span of a few seconds no-one was there anymore. And I'm not really blaming them for this (just a tiny little): it's technically not against the rules and it's convenient for them, so kit-ers leaving the arena whenever the game is kit-free is the obvious consequence of this badly designed system. I stress this: badly designed system. I'm not blaming kit-ers for taking advantage of a stupid system: I'm blaming the system itself and, if need be, only those who refuse to correct that.
It would be much better having one or two 100% kit-free peanut-paying arenas and three or four 0% kit-free big-money arenas. Yes, I'm saying 3 or 4 arenas paying big money where every game allows kits. It would be better for everyone: noobs can just have fun and maybe train themselves, kit-ers have the 100% certainty they will never waste time joining a game they will later leave.

p.s: the only problem I could see in making peanut-paying kit-free arenas and big-money kit arenas is EULA. But the problem would be easily solved allowing kits to be bought with ecodollars again, as it has been for just a few days.

 

+1 I find it very interesting people who use kits, say that there wont be anyone in the kit arenas. But if there is such an outcry of people not wanting to go into the kit-free arenas, could the kit players go into the kit arenas? That way it makes the kit arenas more competitive, more fun, and harder. The only reason you are saying this is because you are losing the easy money from the non-kitters. This is a great idea for builders, or people who just want to play for leisure.

 

Jamie already expressed his hate for kits and his hate for kit-free arenas, and the fact that he did all he could to geta 50% chance if kit-free games. Don't really think he will change his mind
