    Suggestion:     Allow people to buy ice-melt and snow-melt flags for their towns.

    Reason:     Lighting is an issue in winter builds. Snow blocks, snow sheets and ice melts when next to sea lanterns, glowstone, jack o lanterns, torches and etc.

    +1 add toggle weather to town flags too, so you can make the region snowy, rainy, etc :p
