Well, an official “trusted” rank isn’t a thing, but the unofficial “trusted” rank is judged by be amount of $$ next to someone name while playing. I.E. if someone has $$$$, you can tell they are pretty dedicated. (Or extremely rich, but I digress.) also, isn’t donated the trusted rank?

 

-1 I just don’t see it being fair to players who’ve have purchased the teleport feature. You can always ask other players for a tp. Well you can always ask me, that’s for sure. I know that for some people it’s hard to purchase features, especially for essential commands. But you’ve always got the best Minecraft community to assist! :)

 

As pvp geniusly pointed out, people with features (including tp) are more than happy to help out. All you have to do is ask :) I mean, I don’t think I could put it in better words than PVP.

 

With that kind of mentality nothing will ever change ecc will never get better or popular again.

yeah but do you think ECC will entirely drop that feature? I don’t necessarily think people quit ECC because of tpa, people just don’t play due to the tedious aspect.

I don’t disagree with you at all, I’m just going off what I think the server would say. Of course if things were free it would be better, but then again the server needs to run, right? Basically run of donations

 

Jamie has said the server costs tens of thousands dollars to run, Andrew has said he makes 80-100k a month from running things on the side. Money's not the problem

Just make it so that /tpa can be done every 10-15 mins or so in order to make players stay and be fair to the people who have bought features, it's that simple.

The idea is very unique in some aspects, but here’s my two cents on this...

My only concern with calling someone “trusted” after 24-48 hours is that branding someone this by just playing for a while is not the best idea. I know many, many players that probably put in over a thousand hours in ECC, yet shouldn’t be labeled “trusted”
(I know it’s just a title, but it might have some blowback if a new/naïve player is affected negatively by a “trusted” player)

As for the tp command and stuff, as I already stated on @DrWhomstdve ’s post if the same manner, I agree That everyone should have the ability to do it (with a one hour cool down)

 

I still think people with the feature still have a cool down.

 

TP isn’t even a part of vanilla Minecraft. Water is, hence the cool down. Tp is a feature most servers have, why would a player demand it? Mojang never made a tp for vanilla, it’s not like we are deriding someone of their basic TP rights. The only thing that gives this traction is the fact that “every other server has TP”. I mean, if every server jumped off a cliff, would ECC? (It’s a rhetorical question, because we all know ECC would be the ones to first jump off a cliff :p )
