    Complaint: Tp'd me to him, asked me to mine with him, dug a block so lava poured on me, salvaged my stuff, denied it.

    Evidence: Server went down- evidence is in the chat log of pm's

    Additional Information: He rudely pm'd 'Thanks for the pick :)' , showing he took my diamond pickaxe.

    I accepted his tp as he had previously hired me, and seemed nice. he asked for me to mine with him, and then killed me.

    I DIDIN'T ASKED HIM TO MINE WITH ME, I told him that it was a wrong tp.
    " So don't come because I am swimming in lava with a fire resitance potion"
    He accepted my wrong tp and I didin't saw him there when I was mining obsidian (glitchy teleport) so I just mined it and I saw some random diamonds and pickaxe burning in lava. After that, he started to insult me in global chat like telling me 3 times that I am a "fucker" and that I am a "bitch".
    I got only his diamond pickaxe wich I didin't gave him back after he insulted me.
    Seconds after I denied to give him back the pickaxe the server shut down.


    This isn't my fault.
    Please lock this topic.

    P.S: I never hired him.

    I must have misread, in pm you also said 'Ha HA' once you dug the obsidian, and 'thanks for the pick' when you killed me.
    He is accurate on the server shutdown, so i couldnt get a scrrencap, and i called him a 'f*cker' not a 'fucker'

    Putting a little * in it doesnt make it right. I am going to side with Adi here just because he has been on the server awhile and has a very good reputation, not that I am a witness to this incident.... I just like to hear myself talk ;)
