Thread Title:
Aether access is free, but build/destroy rights still cost 20k.
Minecraft Name:
_TANSTAAFL
Suggestion:
I suggest that access to the Aether is free for everyone.
However, build/destroy rights would cost 20,000 EcoDollars.
Reason:
This would let everyone see the creations of the Aether, and if you want to build there yourself, you pay 20k. It is a bit disappointing that so few people see the creations in the Aether, and this would help with that.
Other Information:
It would provide cool things for new players to go look at and aspire to build one day.

idk.
P.S. If this suggestion was used, then this other one could be used too:

I like this, this way we can show everyone what we're building AND tp people in and out of the Aether without problem.

Okay so I do agree for sure! +1
But the problem is for the users that has already paid for the access recently or in the past. They could regret their 20k if the server has made the Aether access free. I really do like this suggestion though, and I myself do not have
Aether access, and it would be nice, but it is just that the users who have already paid for the access. -

Um, well I only paid for aether access because I was frustrated by the lack of things I could do in the aether. Essentially being a mod without aether access is similar to this. Granted we could place/destroy blocks but we couldn't /sell hand /pay /spawn or any of that jazz. It is frustrating and that alone made me buy aether access. At the same time, a lot of people only bought aether access to look at the aether. I frankly think this would decrease the number of aether purchases.

I strongly agree with this, it would also increase the volume of users that we gain, as in my times at spawn, many players constantly asked to get to the aether!

So people who have bought aether access already would get build rights if this were too happen, or would we have to pay another 20k? If we don't have to pay anything more I am all for it as the small negative of fewer people buying the aether would be outweighed by the benefits. It may even encourage more users to buy aether when they see how amazing it is and the possibilities.

What happens is if you have aether currently nothing will change for you. For players without aether on the other hand, they can go to the aether but only look. No commands, (Except probably tp+, fly, etc) and no placing or destroying blocks.
Think of it as a town you don't have perms to. You can look at it, but you can't break or place blocks, and can only do commands in it. In order to break or place blocks, you apply for perms to the town on the forums which costs 20k. So, it is basically a town just larger and more expensive than a usual plot. -

I think this is also a good idea because people can see what the aether is like before wasting there money on it. Lots of users seem to regret buying aether access.
