I'm pleased to present you with my newest creation, /warp air! This is ECC's most detailed steampunk shop town, complete with 5 custom airships and 5 home shops!
I hope to turn this town into the new commerce hot-spot of ECC and redefine how we establish a shop town in this server.

A main issue with shop towns, is that they all look identical to one another. I've seen dozens of shop towns and they all feature the same concrete square plots.
In order to step away from that, I've created a fully custom build with a high amount of detail and effort put into it, to ensure that the customers will not only get the items they are looking for, but also get one hell of a view while doing it.

Another target issue I've focused on is relevancy.
Nearly all the shop towns I see are throwaway towns where once the plots are sold, the town is no longer maintained and is eventually forgotten.
In order to counter this, I've set each plot here to a very cheap rental fee, to ensure that there are no dead-shops and customers will always find updated stock.

There are a total of 5 airships in the town and are also the prime shop locations as they are directly accessible from the warp!​

Owners of these airships are completely allowed to reorganize the chest layout/add more chests to the ships if they desire!

Each ship will be available for a weekly rental fee of 5k with a minimum required rental time of 1-month.​

Depending on the distance from the warp, the rental options vary.

Air residents get an even further reduction on this already low price:
Airship Renters: 25k
Shop Renters (Who have signed up for 1 month): 30k
Star Tool Renters (Who have signed up for 1 month): 40k


Rules/Requirements for Renting
≿－－－－－－－－⊰ ♅ ⊱－－－－－－－－≾​

1. There are no rank-restrictions for renting plots in this town.
2. If you wish to rent out an airship, the plot must be rented out for a minimum of 1 month at the rate of 5k/week. You may of course, go beyond this minimum timeline.
3. Shop owners must not break any blocks that make up the shop itself but are allowed to break chests and signs in order to reorganize the store.
4. If the shop owner chooses to leave the town, they must restore the shop back to how it was once they had originally obtained it.
5. Each player will get a 1-day grace period before and after their rental time has expired in order to setup/remove their shop. So if you rented out for 1 week, you will get 2 days in total to setup/remove the shop which will not take up rent fees.
6. If you are inactive for 3 weeks or have failed to maintain the store, you will be evicted from the town with no refund.
