Add Walk-Speed Flag to Spawn Roads​

What are you suggesting:

Adding the walk-speed flag to the spawn roads and increasing the speed.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Not all spawn towns currently have warps to them. Traveling to them via the spawn roads in the only way. Increasing the speed at which one can travel on the roads will encourage players to travel to the towns and create a larger sense of community at spawn.​
