    Additions to new "prestige" change w/ Jobs
    What are you suggesting:
    Basically, each prestige, magic, boost, mythic, etc. adds a percentage to jobs ECD gain and Jobs Points (this is alongside the Double Drops)

    In general, I was thinking the following:

    Prestige:
    +1.5% ECD increase, +0.75% points increase for all jobs per prestige

    Mythic Sword:
    Mythic 1: +2.5% ECD increase, +1.25% Points increase
    Mythic 2: +5% ECD increase, +2.5% Points increase
    Mythic 3: +7.5% ECD increase, +3.75% Points increase

    Magic Armor (per piece):
    L1: +0.5% ECD increase, +0.25% Points increase
    L2: +1% ECD increase, +0.5% Points increase
    L3: +1.5% ECD increase, +0.75% Points increase (if this suggestion is accepted)


    Now, for the magic & boosted items, I am suggesting they increase if that specific item is dropped as the main drop. For example, if you have a B2 Raw Copper & a B3 Copper ore, and you break a copper ore, you would get the benefit of the B2 Raw copper if a raw copper drops & the B3 Copper ore if the ore drops (basically if you use silk or not)

    With that being said, here's what I was thinking for the magic & boosted items:

    Magic items:
    +2.5% ECD increase, +1.25% Points increase if the specific item is dropped

    Boosted Items:
    B1: +2.5% ECD increase, +1.25% Points increase if the specific item is dropped
    B2: +5% ECD increase, +2.5% Points increase if the specific item is dropped
    B3: +7.5% ECD increase, +3.75% Points increase if the specific item is dropped


    The numbers, of course could be tweaked, but I essentially halved the current Double Drop percentages for ECD & quartered them for Jobs Points; with the numbers above, being fully decked out would have a 51.5% increase in Jobs ECD and 25.75% increase to Jobs Points (53.5%, 27.75% with L3 Magic Armor if accepted in the other suggestion)
    Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
    Let me be clear, I love the new Double Drops & this new direction we are going with the prestige etc. One thing that made me hesitate to get prestige back in the day was all the prestige shops, so I was always an advocate to make it where prestiges etc. only benefits the player themselves. While the double drop chance is a great idea, this suggestion is merely to expand on it with more economical gains (as the Double Drop chance seems to be a good start, but not a final solution [in the eyes of a lot of people per a discussion we had last night])

    Why am I suggesting prestiges etc. benefits jobs? Jobs is probably the only ECD maker that only directly benefits the player doing the grinding: no items to potentially sell to others for a higher value, no sell bonuses making them want to buy low & sell high. Just pure ECD just by doing the act of grinding. Jobs, at its core, is essentially the same as selling stuff, but without actually selling, which keeps in the spirit of the original sell bonuses (without giving sell bonuses that others can buy low, sell high).

    By increasing the ECD and Jobs Points gains, it gives players incentives to want to prestige, boost items, etc. as it would only benefit themselves. They would gain more ECD, but not in a passive way; they would need to go out there and grind.

    Also, with the boosted items specifically, this will actually make some "garbage tier" boosted items (like stone, cobble, netherrack, etc) have a lot more value

    Plus, as it stands, getting prestiges etc. just increases the chance of double drops, which IMO is not worth the extremely long grind & high price for some of the prestiges (which is basically the opposite of what we are trying to do to get people to want to prestige). This suggestion (which again, is an addition, not a change) makes it where there is guaranteed benefit for doing these end-game or near-end-game actions.
    Other information:
    Again, this is NOT a suggestion out of spite for the new changes. It was a suggestion I was thinking about pretty much since Jobs came out as an alternative to the sell bonus (and the downfalls of prestige shops), but didn't dare to suggest it because we had the sell bonuses for prestige etc. & would make all this OP w/ sell bonuses or make those who like the sell bonuses super upset.

    I am suggesting it now because prestige etc. changes did happen & this suggestion would work well alongside Double Drops w/o making it super OP (and to retain value for some of the extremely arduous prestiges & valuable usage of boosts)

    I don't anticipate this being accepted or even being considered until the new prestige system has time to marinate. I just wanted to get my thoughts down while they were still fresh & see what the community thinks.

    Please do not just deny because "the system is brand new." Please let it simmer before straight denying it

    Honestly, double drops seems like a fair enough reward for certain prestiges and not for others. It's something they'll have to work on with this overhaul. +0
