Allow Chorus Farming in Rising​

What are you suggesting:

Allow for people to place chorus flowers & make chorus farms on the Rising world (and mining/nether if you so choose)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Let's be honest, both the end and chorus farming is dead. The crop was once a high-value money-maker, but is not even close to the top farming crop these days. Back then, IIRC, it was kept there because of its high risk, high reward value.

Now, end does not have PvP and Chorus isn't a good crop anymore. Hell, I would say that it is barely even a mid-level crop these days; wheat, melons, netherwart, maybe even pumpkins are better money makers than chorus is these days (and that's just the farm crops. Non-farming like mining, excavation, fishing, etc. is also better than chorus farming). Add on the fact chorus is currently End specific makes the crop even worse.

I think making it so it can be farmed anywhere (like we can in vanilla) would be beneficial to revitalize the crop & diversify farms. As it stands, almost nobody goes in the end to farm chorus.​
