/ch leave Alert for Patrons.​

What are you suggesting:

Allow Patrons to /ch leave the Alert channel. Some users do not want to be bothered with the constant messages (in my case, particularly the 3 messages / 6 lines of the server asking for money / crypto), and if it is a real alert or important message, it is on Discord.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Patrons have the ability to /ch qm, and I feel that /ch leave Alert would fit best under the Patron feature. Also, let's face it, Patron doesn't have all that many perks for the price tag it has, so I think this would fit well under Patron.​
