In Game Name: WazupbutrcupWhat part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for: All Main ServersShort title for your suggestion: Enhance Magic Axe with Sweeping EdgeWhat are you suggesting: I am suggesting that the /boost command be enabled for use on Magic Axes. Each level of Boost would add one level of the Sweeping Edge enchantment (up to the standard maximum cap or as deemed balanced by the development team). This would allow players who focus on axe-based combat or PvE grinding to enhance their tools in a way that increases efficiency and brings the axe in line with some of the sword’s area-of-effect benefits. Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: This addition would add more depth and customization options for players who use axes as their primary weapon or tool. Currently, Sweeping Edge is exclusive to swords, which makes axes less appealing for mob farming or group PvE encounters. Allowing /boost to grant Sweeping Edge on Magic Axes would promote more playstyle variety and increase the value of magic tools, especially for players who have invested in acquiring them. It also creates more economic activity through boosting and enchantment services.Other information: This would ideally be balanced similarly to how /boost works on other Magic tools, ensuring it doesn’t provide an unfair advantage in PvP but gives a PvE benefit where applicable. Perhaps only applicable in certain areas or with configurable limits.Plugin or custom addition: This would be a custom addition handled internally by ECC’s custom magic & boosted tool system. One suggestion per form: I Understand.
Good idea. One note: based on my testing and the wiki, sweeping edge does not work on axes, even when added by commands. Some sort of custom system would be needed to make it work for this suggestion.
I don't think it's a good idea since it would make the sword redundant (Why you can't do it on vanilla) also, axes yield higher crit damage than the sword. I would prefer a magic trident that summons lightning on all mobs or something.
