+0 iirc it is in blockshop. If it isn't, I think it is better adding it there than making a custom recipe.
I would normally agree, but it would be available if cactus growing wasn't disabled. Since that won't be re-enabled this would add a second route.
Custom recipes are more trouble than they're worth. Just buy it from the server and enjoy money leaving the economy.

They aren't hard on a technical level but likewise there isn't a value add here. What's the value here? You don't have to spend money on green dye? If we're to the point of implementing taxes on a game then I'm not sure why we would want to save you some money at the block shop.
