L3 Magic Armor​

What are you suggesting:

Allow all Magic Armor pieces to have an L3 tier with 3% sell bonus​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I am merely suggesting this so we can have the armor be boosted per this semi-suggestion of boosted armor in regards to the armor's sell/mcmmo bonuses working while the armor is in the inventory/magic shulker.

In addition, since most people wear jobs apparel these days over their magic armor, an extra 4% sell value (if all L3) shouldn't be economy breaking, and the semi-suggestion linked above would need 12 total boosts & BoosterPlus in order to be powerful (which those 4 armor magics & 12 boosts are not cheap at all)​
