Amity; A friendly relationship.

As you may or may not know, Amity comes from the Book/Movie: Divergent. I really wanted a town called Amity, because a good-running town involves friendship and trust; Everything that the faction, Amity, is all about.

Everyday, new members decide to join the town, so I thought it would be easier to keep everyone updated by making a thread.

Town Rules:

Rule 1:
No griefing is allowed. You have to replant.
Rule 2:
Respect others, as well as ourselves.
Rule 3:
No swearing or harassing is allowed.
Rule 4:
No building over 90 is allowed.
Rule 5:
No building under your plot is allowed.
Rule 6:
No removing the slabs under your plot.
Rule 7:
If you are inactive for over 10 days+, we will remove you from Amity, and keep your supplies.
Rule 8:
Please refrain from building farms.
Rule 9:
You cannot re-sell your plot/house to another buyer. We also will not re-buy your plot/house.
Rule 10:
Don't remove the leaves/fences from your plot.

If your property gets griefed, we will pay for the damages or supply new materials for your property.

If you would like to have a basement or a roommate, please PM us about it.

If you go on any sort of leave, please let us know via PM.

But most importantly, no refunds!

Obviously your consequence will be determined on how bad your action was. The worst consequence would be griefing, which would cause in removal from the town/a possible ban, decided by the staff.
