    No, AMD makes the same speed CPU for a cheaper price, but it's downfall is it's wattage usage. To me, this isn't a problem, though, plus they provide double the amount of cores than the i5's, allowing much more to be done at a time, like recording, as I plan on doing. With all this info, AMD is better for me.

    You prove a good point, and with an AMD CPU giving larger amounts of heat, it'd be better for me.
