after helping clear 200x200x20 underground for underground eltos he said he would pay me 2000-3000$ and when i comfronted him today he said he will not pay me. i believe this is fraud and is not legal. thx anjewlo

wrong you said 2000-3000 and i never got paid 1k and you called the job off for every one after someonne griefed the area. and even if i only helped a bit a promise for an amount of money is still a promise and i am owed that money

Honestly, you can't say you "Might" pay someone for doing a job.
You can however say, i'll pay you ____ to ____ based on the quality of the job.
