Spent roughly five hours mining today; fell into a super rich part of the mining world surprisingly close to spawn (couldn't of been more than 100 block from the portal in) Found so many diamonds, emeralds and obviously other goodies for the totals below haha. So close to getting the Mayor rank and perhaps getting a special project under way.

Mining world reset today and I figured on my day off that I'd spend a good portion of the day mining; probably a good thing seeing as my Mayor application went through when I was sleeping and came back too $200 and some change. I finally gathered enough exp to craft a eff5/fort3/unb3 pick; 2 more eff levels is nice. Now I have money to get started somewhat on my special project town!

@Captain_Death_33 it was about 8hrs, probably spent an hour of that filling in lava pools and about another hour smoking and checking the forums/talking in global or what have you.

 

I've been busy with settling in my new mayor town, so I haven't been mining as hard as I have been the past few runs; regardless over the last 3 days I've accumulated a handful of ores to sell and I did so tonight.
