Minecraft Username: AceVandettaFTW

Reason: Racial Slurs.

Counter-Reason: My client, AceVandettaFTW, was wrongfully banned for proposed "racial slurs".

Evidence: Clearly stated in the rules on the ECC Wiki page it says, "Occasional slip-ups in unfortunate situations, that is not directed at anyone." My clients comment was not directed to any person or ethnic group, but was simply an exclamation of excitement from winning the survival games. Also, this is his first offense, so he should have recieved a warning instead of being banned instantaneously. Furthermore, my clients comment was NOT necessarily a so-called "racial slur". It could have been, as a matter of fact, an unfortunate combination of letters to make a word that sounds similar to a word of racial profanity. Due to the lack of the evidence provided by the prosecution, I rightfully believe that AceVandettaFTW, my client, has been wrongfully banned under the accusation of racial slurs.
