Counter Reason: i had heard from somebody that griefing was legal even though i read that it was illegal, but they were higher ranked so i believed them. but in actuality he said it was legal in MINING and i misunderstood him. Evidence: i have none but i made a deal that i would pay him 20k which is like 5 times as much as i took
I agree to this deal of the 20k he will pay me he did lots of damage, but I didnt want to do rollback because he had made a house and all that and I knew he would come back and do what is right. Thanks for understanding if you could get him unbanned that will be great.
