    Reason for Being banned : using inappropriate links in chat ... by (sick24)

    counter reason: well my cousin was staying at my house for the weekend, because he had never played minecraft before , i thought i would teach him. He found the game a little boring after i taught him the basics (and went to play call of duty instead)

    .later on a i went grocery shopping with my mom and then visit my grandma and left my cousin alone at home ( im not sure the exact time of this or what timezone you are in either but i think it was about 6-8:30 English times, but cant be sure) and i left my computer on minecraft and online on the server ... he was playing with my friend aswell (jimz180)

    when i got back i was playing for about 30 mins when a message popped up saying i had been banned .... i knew it wasnt me and my cousin denied all .... but when i asked my friend he said it was my cousin. ( i dont want to blame anything on him but he was the only person it could have been.

    evidence: i dont have any full evididence apart from my friend. he did also say he found it funny that you could make links

    .im really sorry for any inconvenience who ever did this has caused but if it was my cousin then i wont let him play again .... Can i ask what time i gave the links and what the link was? i can also underatand if i dont get re allowed on the server

    here is the rule i broke : Clause II: Vulgarity and Inappropriate SubjectsAll chat must be kept PG and clean - lots of our users are very young. There is to be no discussion of anything deemed inappropriate for a workplace, including but not limited to, sexuality, excessive violence and dark humour. In addition, there is to be no discussion regarding anything deemed illegal or inappropriate, which includes, but is not limited to, drugs and narcotics. We do not tolerate any racist or hateful slurs at all. We absolutely do not tolerate inappropriate chat, and you can be severely punished if it happens.

    i would again like to apoligise for anyone this may of caused harm or offence to, i can only apoligise qnd hope that everyone accepts my apoligy.

    Thank you for following through with my requests from the previous ban appeal. Seeing as you have quoted the correct rule that you broke, I will not be doing that here. As for the questions you posed in your ban appeal, I can not tell the exact time this was put in chat nor will I estimate. The bottom line is that whatever happens on your account is your responsibility. I suggest taking whatever action you need to (most likely changing your password) to make your MineCraft account private so we can avoid mix-ups in the future.

    I also do want to thank you for your apology, and I truly hope that this has been a learning experience for you.

    I will be issuing you a 2 hour temp-ban for you to re-read the server rules to make sure you fully understand the expectations set forth on you as a user on this wonderful server and to avoid any confusion in the future,
