    Reason: Breach of contract

    Counter-Reason: Splotchy and I were friends before all this happened. When I needed to pay him the late fee of 20k, I had $14,000 and owed him 6k, still. I was going out to get more money that day and he said that I didn't need to pay the rest if I helped him out with his loans. So I did, and I had 16k in a sign just for him. But, he asked for 30k and I thought that was way too much to ask. So, I said no and he said that if he was going to get banned for not paying off his loan on time, then he would take me down with him. I told him I would pay him the 6k from my donation, and even pay 6k extra if he wanted, but he kept telling me no. He wanted to get me banned. So I just paid him the 6k, and then that's when he sent in the complaint. I'm sorry I broke the contract, but I didn't think that he would ask for that much when I agreed to help him.

    Hello,

    From what I understand the amount of money has been paid off and you were only banned due to the amount of time it took. Seeing as you did pay it off, as was confirmed by Splotchy, I will be unbanning you. Before I do that I want to explain something.

    Taking out a loan is a very risky business and should not be taken lightly. You should always read the fine print of the contract, make sure you can realistically complete the payback request, and never ever take a deal you think might go south. I know you paid him back, but, the amount of time it took is the issue. In the future consider what you make in a day and how long it will take to pay it back. Breach of contract is quite serious as it is breaking a promise you made that is basically 'legally binding', if you will, on the server. I will be issuing you a 2h tempban seeing as you have payed off the money. I want you to spend this time reading the server rules found here:
