desgagne scamming a purchase of a town I have been doing everything in my power to try and acquire the money to pay off the debt. I have made several new homes in the town i co mayoring and have brought new members to the server to buy them. i have also been farming and mining. one person you can talk to about my work on getting money from the town is @Sporkey47 (the mayor of the town i co mayor in. just today i brought approx five people to the town and was supposed to get money from them. i'm sorry to say that i was unable to make the 65k in time but i assure you i have and will do every thing in my power to get the money in. also due to a severe virus i had on my computer that required it to be taken in i lost all of my data on my computer so screenshots are on a minimum. i will supply screenshots of what i can upon request. regardless if i remain banned i will still sugest this server to everyone i know. ( i even got my grandma interested!) i had no intention to scam and just was made to belive that 50 to 60k is easy to make but i had put aside the thought that i was talking to people that had fort7 picks and lottery money to burn. i send my greatest regards to @woodburry3 and for is attempts to make this as easy as he could. if i had the money i would just donate to get it but sadly i am also in debt in real life. my sinseer apologies desgagne evidence: suggest talking to sporkey47

Thank you for appealing. Upon reviewing the complaint that was posted against you I see that you are still in debt $55k to @Woodbury3. When you make a promise to pay back a user after they have loaned you money it is very important that you return this on the date that you agreed to. Scamming/non-payment of a loan is a very serious matter here. I understand that things can happen outside of ECC that can cause you to be away for a bit, but this money still needs to be paid back. I will be issuing you a three day temp-ban for this and once you return you will have one week to repay this $55k in full. Failure to do so will cause further actions to be taken.
