Last year you did also try to appeal (reference here) but we were not able to determine your ban reason then, either. I shall do what I can to have this looked in to further, though it could take time. Your patience is appreciated.
@Dianne_ After doing a complete search of all available resources I can not find your ban reason. With out a reason as to why you were banned we can go no further. That being said due to security reasons I can not unban you. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Appeal Denied Locked
