Counter-Reason: I joined the server today (2012-06-19) at 9.00 am, (UTC +2) I was new to this server, I had never been on it before. So I registered and all that kind of stuff.

Then when I was registered, I was in need of money, so I went to a guy and harvested pumpkins for him. I earned 2000 $ in about 40 minutes. Then I asked in the global chat If I could live somwhere. poptartlol answered me. He said that I could live next to him. I paid him 1500 $ for the plot, it was worth it. The plot was out in the wild. Then I started building my house. It took several hours getting the resources for it. When it was finished, a new guy had joined; white19angel. He builded his house next to me aswell. We built a road and created a village. Everything was nice, untill they came. Joliver1998 and Purrguin.

Purrguin first came there; We wanted to create a town out of our village, but we didnt know how to do it. So There he was, Purrguin. He flew around and did some stuff, so I thought he was fixing stuff for the town. So I thought, I could build the portal room where you arrived. So I expanded the bridge (Our town was in the middle of the ocean). I ran out of smootstone, so I ran home. At first I don't notice anything, but when I walk downstairs, I notice, that Purrguin has removed the walls on my basement; an my basement had water surronding it, water poured in to the basement. At first, I thought that something happend when he was creating the city. So I just didn't really care about it, I thought he would fix it later.

As I walked out of my house I see poptartlol and white19angel standing there, in front of white19angel's house. I see block dissapear from nowhere. When I read the chat I realise, that it's Purrguin that is removing white19angels house. From there I get angry. I also realise that, it was purguin who Destroyed my basement. Then suddenly, Joliver1998 appears, he starts to destroy our buildings. There, I get really angry. We started writing in the chat "What are you doing" "I will report you" and stuff like that, but they just continues. When they had removed the second floor on my building, I ran into the building and took my valuable stuff, diamonds and some iron.

When I came out Purrguin and Joliver1998 was standing there in front of white19angel (poptartlol had left) and talking with him saying stuff as "It is not against the rules, you have built your houses out in the wild, we can grief what we want." From there, I start to swere at them, saying things as "Fucking 3 year old vips". I get kicked twice for "Offensive language.

We complain and discuss about they griefing. But they still said the same thing "It is not against the rules". They also says "I suggest you moving to a protected town." "I have a town, you can move there" So it seems like they wanted to move us to a protected town. So I think, why dont I move so I won't get banned. So I start chop down the wood that is still left of the house. I dont know why, but suddenly I take 7 hearts of damage. There was no monsters there and I took no fall damage. It must have been them who hurted me for no reason. Then I got really angry and said "I can't understand how this server can be higher rated than Nyancraft" (A minecraft server)

Then I get banned. I filmed three quarters of what happened. I have video proof of when they are griefing and when they hurted me.
