Reason: Killing a player outside of PVP

Counter Reason: I waited patiently for the the 7 days for the standard temp. ban to be lifted (and found out that is was suposed to be only three later) It may not display me in the best of light, but I have been dropping sand on players in the mining world from nearly the first week that I started playing ECC and this is the first complaint that I have had issued against me. I do not remember who it was that I killed (their IGN), but if it would be applicable I would like to issue a request to ask them what it would take to make it right. (whoever handles this appeal could tag them to the conversation maybe)
-Arg had a huge argument written up abou thow killing players was not in the rules, and i just read the ONE and only sentance on the whole wiki that says killing players is not allowed in the mining world.
-Now if my ban is to not be repealed I would like to give access to one of my chest items to "IGN:chewychunga" I owe a debt of an ax to him which should be payed. (in one of my protected chests at my /home or in my inventory (i can't remember which as i have not played in 9 days) there is an ax; I only have one; that is enchanted with EFF-5, and I would like for him to have it. (it is not quite what I owe, but it is one EFF higher than what I did owe)
-If my ban is to be repealed I would like to assure ECC staff that I will no longer be killing players outside of PVP

Evidence: I am willing to work with the staff, and any other players they deem fit in order to get back onto ECC. It is the only online server I play and has become a part of my routine. I have sorely missed my time on ECC, and am terribly sorry for what I have done.
-This is my first offence on ECC and making an appeal for leniency with my regret and desire to make it right with the wronged player as the active evidence for my desired reinstatement onto the ECC server.
